Lost Light update maintenance begins on Sept 7, 2023, 10:00 (UTC+8), and is estimated to take 6 hours. During this period, you will not be able to connect to the game. Compensation rewards will be sent via in-game mail after the maintenance.
[Data Wipe Rules]
1. The paid content will be kept after the data wipe, including Outfits, Weapon Skins, LP, Prize Draw Tickets, unclaimed LP rebates, pet-related paid content, Shelter Boxes, Avatars, Avatar Frames, Backgrounds, Chat Frames, remaining Premium Subscriptions, and Bounty Coins earned from the Ranked Mode. However, unclaimed rewards from the Companion will be cleared.
2. If the Spray Cans are already used on a certain weapon, the Spray Cans will remain unlocked for the corresponding weapon. However, if you do not have 3x Targeted Serum when the data wipe happens, the unused Spray Cans will disappear just like the other items in your Storage. If you successfully collected 3x Targeted Serum, the unused Spray Cans in the Storage will be retained.
3. Congratulations to the Fireflies who have successfully collected 3 Targeted Serums and survived the Pheromone Outbreak. Since no significant physical damage is inflicted, most documents and properties are retained by the Underground City. Details are as follows:
- Pets' Affinity level, Ability level, and items stored in the Tactical Saddlebag will be kept.
- Firefly's name, gender, and appearance will be kept.
- The level of Storage, Arsenal, and Weapon Rack, along with all the items held by them, will be retained, except for the Targeted Serums.
- All Shelter Units except for the ones mentioned above will be reset to the initial level.
- The New Pounds you own will be retained.
- All settings will be retained.
- All Friends will be retained.
- Your Rank will be inherited based on the Ranked Mode rules.
- Your Military Rank will be inherited based on the Military Rank rules.
- Despite surviving the Pheromone Outbreak, Fireflies' partial memory is still lost due to Hippocampal Injury. As a result, character levels, quest progress, achievements, passive skills, and Archives will be reset.
- The level of the Tactical Glasses will be reset. The unlocked Functional Modules and Enhancement Chips will be cleared.
- All Unlockable items will be contaminated by the Pheromone Outbreak. They can no longer be used for unlocking Archives.
- Your current Mails, including the items attached, will be wiped. Please be aware!
4. Fireflies who failed to collect 3 Targeted Serums suffered great physical damage from the Pheromone Outbreak. As a result, the Underground City will seize some of their properties and convert them into medical funds for treatment. Details are as follows:
- Firefly's name, gender, and appearance will be retained.
- All settings will be retained.
- All Friends will be retained.
- The Affinity level and Ability level of Haruko and Sirius (if owned) will be retained, but items stored in the Tactical Saddlebag will be cleared.
- The Affinity level and Ability level of E-186 will be reset, and items stored in the Tactical Saddlebag will be cleared.
- Your Rank will be inherited based on the Ranked Mode rules.
- Your Military Rank will be inherited based on the Military Rank rules.
- The items stored in Storage, Arsenal, and Weapon Rack will be cleared.
- The New Pounds owned will be cleared.
- All Shelter Units will be reset to the initial level.
- Due to Hippocampal Injury, Fireflies' partial memory is lost. As a result, character levels, task progress, achievements, passive skills, and Archives will be reset.

5. Note: To ensure that you can claim saved items and inherit the corresponding Rank, we strongly recommend you bind your game account using your social media accounts. 1. [New Ranked Mode] Officially Launched
The Underground City has revamped the assessment of Firefly prowess, introducing the fresh Ranked Mode! Gather your friends for a thrilling competitive face-off! And fret not if your pals are offline, as dependable teammates await in your ranked operations.
[Thrilling Team Battles]
In the new Ranked Mode, Fireflies will be divided into two factions for 5v5 team battles.
During the battle, no equipment will drop after you're knocked out. With unlimited Returns, you can challenge the enemies without any pressure!
[New Evacuation Mode]
In the new Ranked Mode, team cooperation has become the key to victory. Trust your teammates and fight alongside them.
The team can call for a rescue helicopter after collecting enough Battle Cards. Once the helicopter arrives, retrieve the Team Backpack and protect it for a specified duration to successfully evacuate.
If the battle goes into Overtime, the wide with more Battle Cards will claim the victory.
[Protect the Team Backpack]
In the new Ranked Mode, all Fireflies cannot bring their Backpacks into the Operation from the Shelter. The Underground City has prepared Team Backpacks for each team in the Exclusion Zone. Battle Cards can only be stored in the Team Backpack and cannot be placed in the Tactical Saddlebag. Only when a team member carries the Team backpack can all the team members pick up the Battle Cards. All the Cards picked up will be automatically stored in the Team Backpack. If the enemy eliminates the Team Backpack carrier, your team will lose all the Battle Cards, so please proceed with caution.
[Try Your Luck at Battle Card Roll]
After the successful evacuation, there is an exciting session: Battle Card Roll.
During this session, the Battle Cards picked up by the team will be distributed through the Roll. The Battle Cards will be randomly divided based on the number of team members, and each player will have 1 chance to draw. Try your luck and keep ranking up!
The drawing chance can be gifted to other teammates. Players cannot gift again after gifting or receiving a gifted chance.
[New Return Mechanics]
In the new Ranked Mode, there are new Return mechanics. Now, upon loading into the battlefield, Fireflies will become invincible for 1.5s. During this period, Fireflies can still use Weapons. Also, your HP and the Durability of your Armor and Helmet will not be deducted.

Operators have various Outfit Packs, each containing multiple Accessories. Fireflies will be able to customize the appearance and even modify the color of the Operators according to their preferences.
4. [Merchant Relationship Preview]

Fireflies will be able to level up Relationships with the Merchants by completing specific Main Missions. Once the Relationship reaches a certain level, Fireflies can request special characters to come and assist them in specific situations during the Operation.
Merchants' trust is hard-earned, so please avoid actions that may upset them, such as eliminating their friends who come to help you.
[Combat Adjustments]
New feature: Weapon Disarm. Now Fireflies can disarm opponents at close range. When disarming, the action will be considered a success if the opponent fails to pass the QTE check. You can customize the QTE button order to give your opponent a hard time.
